  • Updating prices so that the apartment is rented at the optimal price. This is an ongoing process because supply and demand are constantly changing. It may be necessary to use last minute actions to avoid potential vacancies.
  • Answer questions from potential guests. Potential guests often have questions such as location of the apartment in relation to tourist attractions of the city or size of rooms, etc. before they make a booking. Questions should be answered respectfully so that they make a booking.
  • Optional: maintain your own rental website with special content not possible on general rental websites.
