As young entrepreneurs with a passion for Hospitality, we enthusiastically started a boutique hotel in Haarlem in 2014. Our goal: to give guests an unforgettable experience. As soon as we noticed that there is a lot involved in running a hotel and many inefficient costs. We started looking for ways to improve this efficiency as well as effectiveness, in order to ease the hotel owner's work and worries, while improving the guest's experience. This successfully led to the creation of Betterstays.
What does Betterstays stand for?
A better stay for all guests, with as little worry as possible for the owner. With modern technology and the necessary effort, Betterstays has now become the expert in short-stay management. We have automated many processes that in most hotels and resorts are still performed by redundant staff. From ad management, check-ins, additional services (upsells), guest contact to check-outs, guests are provided with all the necessary information by Betterstays. Using Smart Devices and our automated pricing system, increased our hotel's profitability by as much as 30%.
